What is the standard shipping time?

Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days, although most orders are delivered within 2 business days for 90% of the United States.

Why does my order status say “Suspected Fraud”?

To protect our customers and their credit card information, we utilize 128 bit encryption SSL certificates as well as advanced fraud filters. An example of why your order status shows as “Suspected Fraud” is that you are shipping to an address different than your billing address. Your order is then reviewed by our team and payment reviewed. If it complies with our procedures we will accept the payment and your order will be processed normally.

What is the shipping cut off time to have my order shipped today?

We process orders in the order they are received. If your order is placed by 2:30pm PST during normal business days (Monday-Friday) it will typically ship that same day. All orders after 2:30pm PST are shipped the following business day. We have numerous warehouses across the country and some orders may ship the same day if received after 2:30pm PST but is not guaranteed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You may also pay using your Amazon account by clicking on the “Pay with Amazon” button.

What shipping couriers do you use?

Most of our shipments are sent with UPS. We also use USPS and OnTrac for orders on a case by case basis. We use the method that will get the order to you as quickly as possible.

Why haven’t I received an email confirmation for my order?

When you place an order with DHSmed.com, you will receive an email order confirmation within a few minutes. Please ensure that you entered the correct email address and check your spam folder as it is likely the email was placed in there by your email provider. Also ensure that you add the domain “DHSmed.com” to your safe senders list with your email provider.
