Shipping Information

A shipment email with your tracking number will be will be sent as soon as we ship your order. To be sure that you are receiving our emails (order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc.) please add [email protected] to your “approved sender”, “whitelist” and/or your “address book”.

Most orders qualify or FREE shipping!

Heavier shipments will be sent via UPS Ground, so please provide us with a physical address if your order weighs over 4 lbs.

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or a military / APO address.
  • All shipments weighing over 10 lbs are also subject to additional shipping charges.

Incorrect addresses: Please check your order for the accuracy of your shipping address. Incorrect addresses may result in a $10 address correction fee. This fee will be added to your credit card.

 

DHSmed Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product you purchase from DHSMed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price, minus shipping fees and restocking fees (when applicable) to your original form of payment. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

All returns must have a Returns Authorization (RA) Number issued by DHSMed.com. Any items returned without an RA Number will not be refunded.

After reading this entire return policy and confirming that your purchase is eligible for return, you may contact us at [email protected] or (866) 622-4984 with the product(s) you need to return, your order number, and the reason you are returning the item(s).

We accept returns of items purchased on DHSMed.com only when they are in their original manufacturer packaging, unopened, and in its new original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will not accept any items if they have been opened, tried on, or have been partially used unless the product is proven to be defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item and upon examination you find it to be damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Do not refuse the delivery of your order, or attempt to return it yourself prior to contacting us. We will remedy the situation for you and provide you everything you need for the return and replacement of your order. We will not be able to refund your purchase if you do not contact us for a return authorization number prior to shipping back the product.

Please be advised that in the event you are requesting to return a damaged or defective item, pictures may be required for some items to substantiate the claim.

Troubleshooting a Device

Before deeming electronic devices defective, or if you are having difficulty with it, please reference the product manual for troubleshooting the device. If you review the product manual and still require additional assistance, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly for more details on how to resolve your issue, how to have the device repaired, or to receive a replacement.

Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable Items

There are some items that we cannot accept returns on due to the hygienic nature of the items, or applicable laws. We cannot accept returns for products that require prescriptions for resale or reuse.

Due to the sanitary nature of some items we sell, the following products are not returnable, including but not limited to: men’s health items, erection pumps, incontinence clamps, tension bands, raised toilet seats and commodes, shower chairs, toilet frames, and other items of a sanitary nature. We cannot accept returns on these items even if they have been opened, but not used. If you are uncertain an item will work for you needs, please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you in finding the correct product.

Please make sure to contact us immediately if you received an incorrect item or a product that was visibly damaged upon delivery.
