Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

Delivery confirmation number for your package will be sent to you via email as soon as we ship your order. To be sure that you are receiving our emails (order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc.) please add info@DHSmed.com to your “approved sender”, “whitelist” and/or your “address book”. At this time we send emails from info@DHSmed.com.


Our shipping rates are based on order weight.
A Diabetic meter kit is approximately 1 lb. Glucose test strips and lancets are about 0.1lb.
Please keep in mind that most orders will have an option for free shipping via Standard (2-5 Days) shipping service.

Most orders are qualified for $6.95 or FREE shipping!

Saturday delivery is only available in some areas; please call (866) 622-4984 FREE to get rates and availability before you place your order.


Heavier shipments will be sent via UPS Ground, so please provide us with a physical address if your order weighs over 4 lbs.Any order shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or a military / APO address may be subject to additional shipping charges based on the weight of the package.

  • All shipments weighing over 10 lbs are also subject to additional shipping charges.

Incorrect addresses: Please check your order for the accuracy of your shipping address. Incorrect addresses may result in a $10 address correction fee. This fee will be added to your credit card.


DHSmed Return Policy

Any request for exchanges or returns must be reported to our customer service within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please initiate a return email to info@DHSmed.com with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return, or call us toll at (866) 622-4984 M-F 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST. All products that are being returned must be in the same condition as received, we will not accept opened or partially used items, unless the product is defective. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee that is NON-REFUNDABLE on ALL NON-DEFECTIVE items.  We will gladly accept any returns that are fully sealed and are in the same conditioned as received within 30 days. When returning your items please package them so they will not get damaged in transit back to us.

Due to hygiene purposes some items are not returnable. Please refer to the specific product page on our website for more information.

Please verify your order when received, DHSmed strives for 100% accuracy on all orders shipped and we want you to be satisfied with our products and service.

If your return is the result of a defective product or shipping error, DHSmed will refund the entire purchase amount for that particular product and refund shipping costs associated with that product.

Some special order items that are available in different sizes and colors are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the fee applies to a particular product, it will be noted on the detail page of that particular item.
